As cooking class aficianados, we have had various experiences over the years. Here are just some of the things we have run into:
- unable to find classes no matter how hard we search
- the class we want to take isn’t being offered on the dates we desire
- class descriptions aren’t clear enough to understand what our experience would be
- recipes and “take-aways” leave a lot to be desired
- the instructor didn’t make the experience engaging at all
