• A grocery list with links for sources to all special ingredients & spices
• A detailed equipment list.
• Instructions, with videos, detailing all prep that needs to be done prior to class.
• All the recipes you will be cooking.

During the class

• You will cook the recipe together as a group and be able to ask Nosheen questions.
• By the time we’re done, you’ll have dinner ready to enjoy!

About Nosheen:

A self trained home cook, Nosheen has a deep and inherent passion for cooking that started at a very early age. Her cooking journey began by learning the fundamentals of Pakistani cooking from her mother and grandmother, as is customary in her culture. Over the past 30 plus years, Nosheen has adapted those basic skills and recipes to accommodate the busier lifestyle of the 21st century. In 2020, Nosheen created her blog to share her love of cooking and her treasure trove of family recipes. Her cooking classes are an extension of the blog and a continued way to share her love for her native cuisine.

Through these classes, Nosheen hopes to make it simple for you to cook Pakistani meals in your home. For those beginning their cooking journey with this type of cuisine these classes are a great starting point to learn the basics. For the more experienced and seasoned cooks, this is a place where you can learn some time saving tips that will help you get a delicious Pakistani meal on the table quicker.
